She has won the coveted Revitalization Award from the Athens Area Board of Realtors and built the first show home for “Atlanta Magazine” at Chateau Elan, Braselton, GA in 1992. In 2004, she was Co-Builder of the Southern Living Idea house at The Georgia Club in Statham, GA. Charlotte prides herself on listening and understanding the needs of her clients and works with them to create their dream home.
