Suzanne and Blake Porter founded Retreat & Co. as a husband-and-wife design-build studio rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and thoughtful execution. Suzanne has been creating distinctive, highly personal interiors since 2010, while Blake has built his career around bringing complex design ideas to life with precision and practicality.
Their backgrounds in residential real estate, interior design, construction, and luxury homebuilding revealed a consistent problem: design and construction were too often treated as separate conversations. Retreat & Co. was created to reunite them through one unified, design-led approach.
