The 2022 Southern Living Custom Builder Program Showcase Home, located in Wrightsville Sound, NC, is inspired by the Southern Living House Plan, Aiken Ridge -- https://houseplans.southernliving.com/plans/SL1123. Built by Mark Schmidt of Schmitdt Custom Builders and decorated by Jo Howell of Ginger Interiors, this project called 'Aiken at Airlie' will welcome visitors in December 2022.
