Mike Stevens Homes has been Knoxville, Tennessee’s finest custom design-build home builder for over thirty years.

We are a member of the Southern Living Custom Home Builder program (representing the Greater Knoxville area), and we have been incredibly blessed to be chosen to host a Southern Living Showcase Home in 2021. The home will be located in the Northshore Town Center, and we are still finalizing the house plans. 

Mike Stevens’s building career began as a carpenter-subcontractor, then superintendent, followed by general contractor and land developer. Some of his notable achievements are
