High Cotton Homes

High Cotton Homes is a full service design-build home building company located in Northwest Alabama. High Cotton Homes was formed in 2016 by Will King out of a desire to combine current building science with timeless design to deliver high performance, luxury custom homes to Florence and surrounding areas. Our team is prepared to bring client’s ideas to life with superior quality and craftsmanship beginning with plans, which can be drawn in-house. Clients can customize their home's design to compliment their lifestyle and needs whether it centers around lake life in the Shoals or universal design for aging in place. During construction, our build team takes extra steps in framing and air sealing to build not only a beautiful, but a healthier and more comfortable home for our clients. At High Cotton, our desire is to provide our clients with a streamlined process and deliver a home that will perform for years to come.
