Slate Barganier Building, Inc.

Slate Barganier is a custom homebuilding and renovation company serving Birmingham and Lake Martin, Alabama.

Built on a partnership between Tison Barganier and Cameron Eaton, the company approaches each project with a commitment to craftsmanship, honest communication, and decisions grounded in the client’s best interest.

Before becoming partners, Tison and Cameron each built their own construction businesses and shared a belief that the building process could be more transparent, collaborative, and intentional from the beginning. That shared perspective became the foundation for Slate Barganier.

From early planning through construction, Slate Barganier works closely with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners. Early involvement allows the team to offer practical insight on constructability, budget, and sequencing.

For Slate Barganier, quality is defined by more than the finished details, extending to the care and precision behind the work. That standard carries through in careful execution, consistency across the work, open communication, and a willingness to address difficult decisions honestly. Clients should feel informed, respected, and confident in the team guiding their home.

The work is measured not only by the finished home, but by the care taken along the way. Careful planning and trust are woven into the process from the first conversation through completion. This balance of craftsmanship, close collaboration, and genuine care continues to shape the way Slate Barganier builds.
