Wayne Harbin Builder, Inc. established business in 1985 as a home builder and remodeler on the Peninsula. Throughout the years many changes have occurred in his business but one thing has always been prevalent in each finished project – a true commitment to quality. We have two offices, one in Williamsburg and one in Yorktown. In 2008, Brad Harbin formed HOME ENHANCEMENTS, the remodel division of Wayne Harbin Builder, Inc. We can do small jobs, such as a roof over an existing porch stoop, and large whole house renovations.

It’s important to us to find out what our needs and wishes of a buyer are and then work to incorporate those into a budget. We build in our own subdivisions on the Peninsula as well as an individual’s lot. Our portfolio of homes has grown over the years but if we don’t have something that we’ve built before that suits a buyer’s need, we can certainly help you design your dream home.

We are the sole Southern Living Custom Builder Program Member for this area. We were invited to join this elite group of 100 builders across the U. S. because of our outstanding reputation and attention to detail. In the last couple of years, we have started a movement to being more “green” in the office and on the jobsites and remodeling. Being an EarthCraft certified builder, homes are given a third party inspection to meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency.
