Located on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, L.J. Kellam Construction was founded in 2005 by Luke Kellam. The company has established a reputation as an exceptional full-service premier custom builder of both residential and commercial projects.

Our passion is bringing our clients’ dreams to life through craftsmanship, quality materials and exacting oversight.

Our projects range in both size and scope. We built the first Platinum LEED Certified home on the Eastern Shore, and a premier contemporary showcase home on the Chesapeake Bay. At the other end of the spectrum, we completed a historical residential renovation with the support of the Colonial Williamsburg Architectural Team. We take equal pride in working with smaller residential and commercial jobs where quality remains the defining factor.
